In 2018, Sweden enacted a new law governing how companies must handle personal data records. We will process personal data in accordance with the rules set forth in our privacy policy. The personal data we process is the information you provide to us or to one of our partners.
The categories of personal data that may be processed include contact information such as name, address, social security number, business registration number, phone number, email address, and other information provided to us. The information provided to us is stored in secure systems and will be used solely for our communication with you and in the event that we send out information to you as customers regarding important updates, offers, etc. The information will not be disclosed to third parties for any marketing purposes or similar, and mass mailings containing everyone’s information will not be sent. All information is therefore treated confidentially.
Cookies
We also collect data via so-called “cookies” on this website. These are small text files stored on your computer that help us track statistics about our website visitors. Cookie files are completely anonymous and contain no personal information other than your IP address. You can choose whether to accept or block cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to block them.
Storage of Personal Data
Personal data will not be processed for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. If our collaboration ends, the data will be stored for only one year and will then be deleted from our systems.
Rights as a data subject
In certain cases, data subjects have the right to request information regarding whether personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, the right to access that personal data in the form of a so-called data subject access report. Furthermore, data subjects often have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning them corrected without undue delay. Furthermore, data subjects may have the right to have their personal data erased, the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data concerning them, or to object to such processing. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing.
